Just the words "Costa Rica" conjure visions of warm ocean waters, pristine beaches, and abundant wildlife. The thought of living a simple life in the most bio-diverse area on the planet earth moves many of us. If you are one of those people, then now is your chance to own a brand-new home designed and located to maximize enjoyment, reduce maintenance, and grant easy access to all of the modern conveniences necessary to live the Pura Vida lifestyle.

Located just a short walk to Playa Uvita (the world-famous whale's tail beach), this home is the epitome of small beach town living. Flooded with natural light indoors, and a very generous covered porch outside, this home will empower you to live your best life inside and out. The large outdoor covered patio is waiting for you to hang up your hammocks, and to keep you shaded from the beautiful sunshine or protected from the tropical rain. There is enough room in the backyard to accommodate a pool if a pool is on your checklist, but the beautiful warm Pacific Ocean is just a short stroll down the inviting streets.

Walk to the beach, or enjoy the farmer's market and trendy street-side vendors. Take in a soccer or softball game at the town field which is located just far away as to not be heard from your home, but close enough to enjoy. There is also a school, several grocery stores, restaurants and bars, and local shops within walking distance from your new beach retreat.

The colors of the home are characteristic of a tropical and beachy home. The design is open concept, and the home includes modern appliances such as an upgraded fridge, a gas burner stove, and a stackable washer and dryer. The home is beautifully landscaped and ready for you to enjoy.
